Ok, this thread is entertaining. I just want to make three points:
1. Stop bitching about the subject matter people. The thread clearly states the kid wants to talk about the election so if you arent interested, dont read and dont reply. Simple as that.

I have found myself becoming more and more of a libertarian as I get older and more politically aware. The liberals on social issues are just as bad as conservatives. Liberals try to force every fringe thing into the mainstream when in all reality they should just let people be people. Liberalism is one of the hugest causes for the fractured state of this country. On the other end of the spectrum conservatives are way to close minded. People just need to accept people for who they are. I am hoping that down the road libertarianism begins to really grow by leaps and bounds.

Obama is a fraud - i think everyone realizes that after all the Hope and Change they were promised. Hopefully people have opened their eyes and realized he is just as fake as the rest of them.

The political system on both sides is broken by greed and special interest agendas rather than focusing on the good of the American people as a whole. Fundamentally the U.S.A has transitioned from a nation of builders to a nation of consumers. The lack of a really strong manufacturing base is killing this country.
