Was on temp assignment to a different work building for a couple weeks, and one day I was in the stairwell when a woman walked in and went up (I was going down). nice idea, bit difficult to implement though -he'd actually be sanctioning the behaviour, that might not go down too well. maybe just put the quiet word out, police not to act on this crime any more, turn a blind eye
