Hi guys can anyone help my inbox is at 100%
And no matter what I do I can't delete any of them to allow me to have new messages. Anyone have the same problem or know how I fix it ?

I've never had any problem deleting messages. I just check the ones I want to delete and then click on "Delete Checked".

Just tried it myself, no problems...you may need to contact Rod and see if he can delete them himself or give you back the capability.

I believe he's an admin here, unless I'm getting him confused with someone else...been known to happen.

I have had the same problem past few days-
In the Jackinmail box I get "2 new" notice, but after opening mail, there is nothing new. Plus I get the same full mailbox message so can't send new mail. I was able to delete several pages of mail,( too much I admit) but the problem remains,
