I've tried both, and enjoyed MFM (and MMF) much more.
FMF felt more like a performance, with pressure to satisfy both women (who regrettably weren't bi). It was fine, but I am no porn stud. Let's just say that I got more out of it than they did.
MFM is much more about focusing on the woman, and you have that extra cock there to make sure her needs are attended to at all times. Switching in and out makes it so fun.
