I went to Touch Sauna (Swindon) in 2017, it was nerve-racking going through the door and I almost bottled it but so glad I didn't. Once inside there was a relaxed atmosphere.
There were not many people in there on that particular afternoon and unfortunately I didn't get to experience anything but I was able to watch a guy give head to his friend.
