Imagine how it is to go through dozens, hundreds, or 1000+ spam reports (depending on when they can be looked at around real life).
As has been explained countless times, the site owner has exhausted all options to block them that are possible with the site's current - ancient - custom code. Enabling tools to actually resolve the issue will likely result in completely wiping the site, including all content and users, and starting from scratch. (Which, honestly, last I heard from him, he's considering.)
Posting a spam thread every time you get one of these spam emails will not change the unfortunate truth of the site's current limitations in dealing with these spammers, and will only result in your own ban for spamming the boards.
So don't.
