I envy you guys that get to JO. 5-6 times a week and more. When I retired and my wife was still working I was able to JO all week and then have sex on the weekend. Now I JO whenever I get the chance which is 2/3 times a week.

It is too bad you feel that way. I am never depressed after I JO. In fact a few weeks ago I JO 5 days in a row when I had the chance. I tried the 6th day but I was too tired that day. I JO every time I get. You should try it. Good luck.
