There appears to be some difference of opinion being bandied about regarding just what "legal teens" means. As far as I know, the law passed by Congress back in the mid-80s had to do with photographs of people under the age of 18 that featured "lascivious exhibition of the genitals," which were henceforth no longer legal. In the 90s they tried to extend this to any graphic representation, e.g. computer-generated, drawings, paintings, etc. This was too much for the Supreme Court back then, so that new law was thrown out (1st amendment and all, ya know). But evidently the term "legal teens" is now being used sometimes simply to refer to anyone under 18, regardless of the context (i.e. not necessarily involving nude photos, or any photos at all). I certainly would never post photos of younger nude teens here, but, as someone has pointed out, this is a masturbation site, and I would hate to think that what goes on only between our ears (and subsequently between our legs) could be used as a violation of "legal teen" rules. Mea culpa: sometimes I become very aroused by thoughts of girls I've seen here and there who are 17 or even younger, and this has led to some very enjoyable masturbation, which I may even have mentioned to others.
