I'm from Indiana, and I saw on the news the other night where a public official was in a public restroom, and while he was in there, he caught the eye of another guy that seemed interested. He promptly started jacking as the other guy watched. It got more intense and he asked the guy if he'd like to touch him. I guess he put on quite a show, got finished, and it was at this time that the other guy pulled his badge and arrested him for lewd behavior. It was on the evening news, family is disgraced, kids are ashamed, life is ruined, etc.
I was just wondering, has this or similar happened to anybody here? How many of you have to register as sex offenders because you made an error in judgment. I hear all of these stories, but I never hear about the ones that don't work out....like this one.

It's a shame to arrest someone for jacking off. If he forced himself on someone, sure, but if the cop baited him into showing off that's not right.

I've beat off in bathroom stalls quite a few times, but never been watched while doing it.

Yea it happened out here in a Wal Mart parking lot a few years ago. A local school teacher got caught masterbating in his car in the parking lot. Lost his job because of it.

The guy was just taking a piss. Wouldn't have jacked off at all if the cop hadn't given him the eye. I know there are some people out there who do perform "lewd" conduct, but that doesn't make it right to bair someone into it. And what about the cop, he had all he needed when the guy started jackin off, didn't have watch him finish.

That sounds like a classic case of entrapment. It seems no matter what the public official did, as long as it was in the privacy of the restroom and the other party wasn't forced to reciprocate, that he shouldn't have been arrested and such.

I don't know all laws around the subject of lewdness, but it seems like unfair and cruel entrapment.
