I don't think it's so much a physical sensation thing, more a mental from either being extremly turned on, or the anticipation of getting there from something that's sexually new. Like how many of us will start flowing in a chat even before it gets hot and we're not even hard yet...it's anticipation of something very hot about to happen.

From my experience if what I'm doing is something that's just routine, even if it gets me hard it probably won't get much precum flowing. Bate technique 1.05 - The Almighty O Ring

Get your thumb and finger in the O shape - the Okay sign. Now slide that over your glans. If uncut...skin back so you have the glans bare and ready for work. Slide the O ring down to just under the coronal ridge. You want to position it so the O ring kind of slots into place just under it. Now, begin to move the O ring up and down over the ridge. BUT!
