xxxchatters has no affiliation with us. They used to host our chat room, but for some reason the owner of the server banned all of jackinchat.

I would not suggest going there as they were not friendly to us in the past. The official Jackinchat chat room is available through our website here. Please ask if you have any questions.

We do not provide any tech support at all for xxxchatters since they are hostile against us and we have absolutely nothing to do with them.

As for accessing the official Jackinchat chat room from here on our website, if you are having trouble connecting, try clearing out all your web browser's temporary files, cookies, maybe reset your security settings to default. Also uninstall java then restart your computer. Go to www.java.com and download the latest version.
