Yes. I cracked. I have seen too many cocks on here that are longer than mine (im just over 7) and I decided to buy a pump off ebay. I intend to use it as designed and not do more than 10-15 minutes a day (maybe once or twice a day) to try an avoid injury.

It will make the erection bigger by engorging the capillary beds with a greater flow of blood in the vacuum and it will be harder. Once it is removed I think you will have to use a band to retard drainage though. It will work but not to increase size permanently.
