See a doctor. There is, I think, a steroid cream they use these days.

A Sam says there are options available other than surgery, it largely depends on the extent of the tightness I'd say. I had a similar problem when younger which was resolved without surgery.

I,m the same. Can pull the foreskin back all the way when soft and get an erection like that but eventually will slide foreward again. If I geta hard on with the foreskin foreward there's no way its going to pull back over the head. Never bothered me though and never had any comments from any women I've had. a drop of baby oil works wonders.

I think all skin can be stretched - it just takes a little time. The end of mine was definitely tighter when I started masturbating. I figure it loosened up a bit from frequent use. Good luck...

The condition is called Phimosis.

It is treatable with a topical cream and works in as little as 4-6 weeks for some guys, but it depends on the individual and the extent of the condition.
