There'll be a lot of "yay's and nay's" but the bottom line (no pun intended) is you have to be comfortable with it and noone esle is suffering eg. you have a child who needs your attention. I'm sure there'll be other well thought out answers but you hasve to be able to justify it to yourself.

I have 1 son and 3 step kids, I beat off about 2x a day, and still spend time with all of them. Jerking off is great and I will probably not stop. Am I addicted? Some would say yes, some won't. It hurts nobody so no big deal as I see it.
