Never. I only need 1/2 a pill and that lasts almost 48 hours. It's the greatest!

I have the same problem only I get neck and back pain.
I do love that little pill though. I buy them from India much cheaper and they work better for me.
I don't think 2 five mg pills would be dangerous. I take 20 mg at a time. cock-in-hand is right. expect some back pain and leg cramps at that dosage... lol
I used to get four 5mg tabs a month from the V.A. I went and got some 20mg pills and they worked great I can get by on 10 mg but 5mg was a waste. My side effects headache and stuffy nose but always a great hard on.
