I go through this process a lot, and I've come to realise that it's similar to an addict's behaviour - the lies, concealment, shame, and how it is adversely affecting my life - mainly my work life, because it's prevented me from working on progressing my work at home. I've been caught a few times and had massive arguments with the wife who gets very upset. Don't get me wrong - I love porn and wanking to it, BUT I need to get control of it.

My strongest advise is do NOT delete your porn. All that is going to do is cause you to spend more time looking for new porn to replace it instead of getting any work done. There are plenty of ways of hiding it.
