There is some science to this, a mix of hormones and dehydration apparently. I get it really bad.

I especially used to get it bad after clubbing and some of the stuff that occasionally got taken at such places. Although it probably wasn't helpful that the usual comedown was to watch a couple of hours of porn and drink some beer whilst getting your head totally straight again. Usually between 2 and 4 of us would be doing this and, although it would've been nice, no one openly jerked off.
