P.s.: Geh doch mal zu den jungen Moslems in Kreuzberg/Neuköln und fordere von ihnen Toleranz gegenüber Schwulen/Juden ein oder erzähl ihnen doch mal dass sie Deutsche sind wenn sie hier geboren sind. Die meisten -trotz in Deutschland geboren- fühlen sie trotzdem als Türken/Araber usw. und sehen die Deutschen als Ungläubige,Schweinefresser,Kartoffeln usw. an.

Vielleicht hast Du diese Erfahrung gemacht . Ich arbeite u.A. in Neukölln und habe dort beste Kontakte mit Türken, Arabern, etc. und Mancher kennt mich als schwuler Jude. Und? Probleme? Keine.. Negativität zieht dasselbe an. Keine weitere Kommentare von dieser Seite - fällt so und so auf taube Ohren, denke ich.

Europe has a very different view of ethnicity than Americans do... its where your family is from not what country you are born in...

Don't mean to argue but ... I have travelled and lived in quite a few places in my life (including Europe) and I understand one thing : ethnocentricity/nationalism is ethnocentricity/nationalism no matter how much we can try to sugar coated it !

Therefore, saying that a Jewish man or woman are not German is not only ridiculous but plain dangerous ! Same goes with muslims ...

Jews in particular have suffered A LOT in history ... we can always learn a few things from that so we don't repeat the same mistakes !

I have lived in Germany for 35 years and I think I can say something about the mentality of some Germans. I do not make blanket statements because that is about the most stupid thing one can do. I can only say that I have many very wonderful German friends and close friends from other ethnic groups as well. I have also encountered not a little racism ( I am ethnic German myself - but because I was born in the USA -they still think of me as American - I have a German passport and speak the language without accent... so much for the different attitude of europeans about nationality ) Tee-jay you have a good head on you! I wish there were more like you on this site and fewer trolls.

The muslims in germany are even cut because of her religion but the most muslims are immigrated or their parents/grandparents immigrated I say that to explain more about germany and the other side he ask about"germans" so I explain him that the religion of muslims went to germany with the immigrated people NOT MORE! He even wants to know more about germany so I think it COULD be interesting for him.
