Well, you can certainly initiate sexual arousal and activity with a post hypnotic suggestion, and a trigger word or action. But it's generally said that a person won't do anything under hypnosis that they wouldn't do anyway. So not sure whether such a response would actually happen in public.

As for the trigger, it's always advised that you choose one that is very specific, unambiguous, and not likely to occur when not intended. A common word like "hello", or a car horn sound, could be embrrassing if you have your girl or boyfriend all post hypnotically primed for sex, and it happens in public.
