Hopefully a moderator will see this and shed some light on this. When I try to log in to the chat (using my account or an anonymous name) it shows that I am banned.
I would love some help in getting that banned dropped. I certainly don't recall being banned at any time while in the chat.
Thanks again.

When trying to log in, you should receive a short message stating the reason for the ban. What does that say?
(No trying to be snarky...I'm on my phone and unable to see any of the room controls.)

Hmmm...Ben and I tend to log a short reason (ex: spam, allow 15 minutes between repeating posts, no underage, no "family" chat, etc), which leads me to believe it may have been due to a complaint to dalnet itself, and one of their mods may have set the ban.
Something else I've encountered, if you're connecting from a public connection (hotel while traveling, etc), the particular IP address could be one that's generated trouble for dalnet, resulting in a full IP ban.
Not much I can do to check from my phone. Bear with us, and one of us might be able to shed some light.

I see. I was at a hotel this weekend so that could explain it.
There definitely isn't a personalized ban message as you are referring to.
Thanks for your willingness to help. If a moderator does get a chance to fix the bug, I would appreciate a private message or something letting me know when I might be able to get back on.
Thanks again.
What names have you used in the chat before you got banned?
I'm just a guy
Ummm 'throbbingmeat' was the name I used before I signed up for my account.
Not seeing any ban set on that nick.

It still shows the ban even if I log into my 'cumblrplus' username. Could it be possible that its an IP address issue or something?
Can I get some help with this?
I dont see any bans under that name either. I was able to see that you had logged in a few days ago and saw your IP addresses over the last month. No bans set in the room with those IP addresses.
How exactly are you accessing the chat? If you're using an IRC app, which server do you have it set to use?

I've also logged into the dalnet irc site on my phone before, but don't recall that causing problems in the past:
