its all opinion. I used to use elbow grease. yes, that was an actual lube. I use astroglide sometimes. all these other oils people suggest are messy and not water soluble. good luck cleaning olive oil. never used this albolene shit so can't say but astroglide works great and cleans up.

Ok, as most here who enjoy the fine cock pleasing art of jacking I have tried all kinds of stuff over the years, shampoo, conditioner, lots of different lotions and hand creams, many different oils. Most of these dry out just when things are getting good and leave your cock sore and raw if you run out. This is just my .02 of which is the best in each category and why. Water based:
JO H2O - It is latex safe so it won't disintegrate a condom if your stroking session elevates into something more. It lasts longer than any other water based lube out there and feels great. The only downside is that it is pricey and not as convenient to get, mostly porn shops, toy shops or online.

Astroglide- is a fine second in this category but it is not as smooth as JO H2O and it dries out faster. On the plus side it is much cheaper, easily obtainable at any convenience or drug store and revives well with spit.
The last upside to water based is easy clean up a quick rinse and done.

Petroleum based lubes:
Vaseline Petroleum Jelly- Old school lube, tough clean up but cheap, easy to get in convenient sizes and the reason why winner, especially for long edging, IT NEVER, EVER DRIES OUT! Your cock is completely protected once you slather on this stuff and you can literally go hard, breaking into a sweat hard for a long time before you need to re-lube. Again long lasting but tough clean up and will disintegrate a condom in short order.

Mineral Oil- number two in this category also cheap, plentiful and decently long lasting. Can be used with a condom without disintegration if you change condoms about once every hour or so. Taste, I have never tasted it bu a woman turned me onto this lube because she liked watching me stroke it really hard and then she'd pounce and suck me down. I have used Aquia lube water based for years. It was not expensive back in the day and it just takes a small amount on the fingures tips or in the palm of your hand, when it starts to soak in or dry some I would dipy finger tips in abowl of very warm water the right onto my cock it brings the lube back to a very slick state.
