I thought most uncut guys would usually pull back their skin to have a piss but I suppose it does depend on the length of your skin. This does vary quite a lot and of course the length of your cock when pissing !

Dude, it's a real thing, where they remove the hood of the clit, they also do more extreme versions but that's usually called "female genital mutilation." The idea is to reduce sexual pleasure, in theory making women less likely to cheat. It's usually only done in third world countries though, whereas male circumcision is done the world over.
