Shave my cock and balls smooth everyday fro the last fifteen years. Technique, no difference between the technique that I use shaving my face or my cock and balls, same razor, same shaving gell. The first time is easy just take your time. From then on it will be easier if you can feel the stubble as it tries to grow back and feel "the grain" which way it is growing in. Then shave agaisnt the grain and you will always have things clean and smooth.
