I can't get to to work

Nope not working since the java update. tried uninstalling and reinstalling java. no luck. its done

I think the site must have to do the java update also for those who updated their Java to this 7 version.

I downloaded the latest Java update. It didn't work. So, I went to programs-java-configure Java. I clicked on the Security tab and added the URL for the chat room. Once I did that I was able to get into the chat room. Ya gotta love loading the latest greatest updates that aren't always backwards compatible friendly.

I tried adding the url to the security tab but I still get blocked with a message saying the site is not neing allowed to run because it uses resources from multiple locations. This is too much trouble...

same here! hopefully it'll get fixed

I'm blocked too. Mac OSx 10.9.1. ARRGH!

Anyone else still having problems? I think I've tried all the solutions mentioned here and still can't load chat.

on chat screen before login choose html new and it should work
