I'm sure everyone in here has edged for some period or another.
I edge anywhere from a half hour to over two hours sometimes. I've noticed the longer I jerk off, the larger the load I cum.

Blue balls are just muscle ache the same as you get from any other exercise your body is not used to. Edge a lot and your muscles will get used to it.

I have only been into edging since I was about 50, and as long as I have ample lube near me I can easily and comfortably edge for hours. I do stop and start as needed and have never experienced blue balls because of it. I have never shot big loads so I don't even try to compete. What I do get from edging that long are very intense orgasms when I'm ready to cum.
