There are very few instances that I wear underwear: if I have to dress business casual or better, or if I wear shorts to work (don't want to sit wrong and create an HR issue). Used to be, I'd wear some when flying, too...in the event of "random increased security check" by TSA, but then I figured to hell with it...I've altered my routines enough for current security measures at airports.

I have not worn underwear since the age of 14 except for the 4 years I was in the navy, they tend to frown on that practice.

Mostly commando except if wearing a suit where a little more support and "control" is appropriate ;-) Naturist here so always home naked.

commando is fine at home in leisure clothes but in business or work underwear is essential in event of some leakage or spotting. Unless you have a super wardrobe or don't mind stained or soiled clothes.

Exactly why I say "business casual or better" for underwear. I'm fortunate, though, that for about the past 12 years, I've worked in environments with casual dress codes, meaning jeans are acceptable. When I travel for work, though, work events are business casual. In those cases, I can't wait to get "off the clock" to lose the underwear. Or, even better, all clothes entiry while hanging out in my room.

I go free just about every day unless I am at work. Just having the free feeling is so comfortable!

Like Rod, I typically only wear underwear when in business attire, and lately I've taken to wearing thongs when I do wear underwear. It's about the least I can have on and still be covered. But any other time it's commando or no clothes at all, circumstances permitting of course.

I'm 50 now, and haven't worn underwear since I was 17.

I love being naked, but I do wear underwear. My wife would think I'd gone crazy if I stopped. I used to sit around naked at home, but now that my daughter is older I don't, but I wear as little as I can at home.

I stopped wearing underwear when I was 16. I met a guy (who became a boyfriend) who went commando all the time, so I started and only on rare occasions do I wear anything now. The exception is when I go for physical therapy, as I don't want my therapist to feel awkward when he massages my butt muscles.
