I have one and I got the ultra tight which was way to tight! Then I purchased another sleeve, can't remember which one I think it was the wonder wave. It doesn't feel to tight but damn those things get you off quick

As for the tightness of the sleeve, it provides and firm but gentle grip on your cock. The best is you can adjust the suction grip by loosening or tightening the end cap.
