Anyone who adds me as a contact but acts like he knows nothing when we're chatting goes to my ignore list.

Anyone who hits me up and asks "what are you into?" goes to my ignore list. If you decided to chat with me you should have at least some idea of my interests, you jackass.

I Agree. I can't stand receiving friend requests with absolutely no information about who they are or where they got my contact info. One liners and dumb questions are right up there on my list also. If you are not going to carry on a conversation to learn about each others interests and such don't bother me.

I tend to agree. Sometimes you may not have chatted for weeks and need a reminder. I look back at conversation history to get an idea.

Asking what some is into seems a perfectly reasonable question to me.
My only gripe is someone who immediately starts sending pics without saying anything. I ignore them.

Me: "If you found my contact details on Jackinchat, presumably you read my profile? So you know what I'm into?"

This conversation has happened a thousand times, and it is why me and frostee_cold have full ignore lists.

OMG..that is so true....happens far too often...if you don't take the time to read my profile..maybe even look at some of my posts ..then please don't message me. I never respond to "ASL?" or "saw u on jackinchat" or the one I hate most "what are you into?" People that ask me to add them on yahoo when I have absolutely no idea who they are drive me nuts !

Yeah I hate that crap. I got "ASL?-ed" the other night - why not say hello first? Also got the "what are you into?" tedium when I think I've got a pretty detailed profile that answers that exact question.

"what are you into" is the worst...

I like to get creative.

There are also the people who take five minutes to type their replies which usually consist of a few words, and they're always the ones who pester you to chat with them.

There are the guys who want to add you to their friends list but NEVER contact you again.

There are the guys who beg you to stay online when you tell them you need to go, or ask impertinent questions about why you won't do something they want you to do, like turn your webcam on.

May I also say that some of you American chaps are hugely irritating. Please do not start a chat conversation with a stranger using the exclamation 'Hey'.

Furthermore, the expression 'Bro' or 'Bud' isn't much welcome either in circumstances where an emotional connection has yet to be made.

I much prefer 'Good Evening' as an introductory and friendly welcoming remark.

"What's up?" is another greeting I don't understand. My penis is what should be "up" in the circumstances, so why would you ask me?

My only complaint from the above is the "ASL" question , which seems pretty rude. I don't mind most of the rest, and since there are so many similar screen names, and people's names on yahoo are often different than those they use here, or on tumblr, or whatever, I think it is OK to ask for a reminder.

What I do mind is people with no photoshare, or guys that want to photoshare and then never send any pics. I don't mind sending more than I get, but the other person should at least try to send a few. If you are jacking on Yahoo with your wife's laptop, maybe you should wait until you have your own computer and porn collection ready to go!
