Unless you want to ignore my post like you did my last one.... I can say from experience that one of the best ways is with a finger or thumb. There are some good vids online to demo that, and the prostate is not as far in there as some people might think. Huge and long is not necessary, and actually, a bug plug (like jmartin was talking about) can work well.
