Have lube, but have always gone dry, precum hepls. Should use lube more.

Always dry except for just a little spit. After I wipe the Precum off to taste, I rub a little spit from my fingers to the head, pull my foreskin over the top and tug away. I LOVE BEING UNCIRCUMCISED!

It varies. I like to start with a little lotion, and then let it sort of dry out over time. Precum eventually sort of washes off the lotion and eventually the precum dries. That is a wonderful stage. But if I get a bit rough jacking it's time for lube again. I like plain old hand lotion or sometimes my wife's hair conditioner.
