I've looked and never seen one, and I always put one in place while I'm jacking and have never received a knock.

Closest I came was having a room with an adjoining door. I opened my side and could hear the guy in the next room watching porn. I hoped he would open his side, but he never did.

I work at a hotel and never seen this trick. I just use the more direct approach and post an ad on craigslist or look who is around on Grindr. If anyone is staying at my hotel, I'll usually go to their room and suck them.

Craigslist has worked a few times for me, but most of the times I end up with a pic trader or someone who says they are coming over but never shows up.
