Last night all I can recall happening was a round of trolls who came and flooded the room with bots, shutting things down for a bit. All I did was leave for awhile until they had their fun and when I come back today I am banned. Don't know why. Any answers please?

how do you know ur banned? i can't get chat to open today but i don't get any message about being banned. how do i know if i was, or why?!

you're banned when you get the (+b) in the last comment line when you try to get into chat or when it automatically disconnects you when you try to get into chat

For those of you who've mentioned a certain other dalnet channel notorious for posting underage pics, you might want to refresh yourselves regarding our chat room rules:

Particularly the following:

No advertising other chat channels. In particular, due to underage content, our being seen as endorsing that, and/or the misconception that we manage that room as well, linking to #teenwankin will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

Then you might want to talk to that room's ops, rather than complaining about it here. We have absolutely nothing to do with that room, and neither endorse nor support the frequent posting of underage pics in that room.

Dalnet hosts literally thousands of room, but we only manage #jackinchat and #pornjackin.

But I didn't do anything at all and that's the truth. I was there to watch a few trolls show up and flood/fill the room with spam bots, so I left to wait out the storm, came back later and all seemed fine. The next day though, I was banned and have stayed that way. I don't advertise any other rooms and I don't post links or even leave the main room. It seems like I have taken 'friendly fire' (pardon the pun) and am guilty by association somehow. All boned up and no place to go.
