However, I've been so encouraged by all that you JC members have written that I'm pretty sure I'm now solo masturbating far too much so I'd now like to know if there is therapy for a still very keen masturbator who nevertheless needs help to reduce the amount he masturbates and get some disciplne regarding his masturbation habits.

My masturbating has doubled, in terms of time spent stroking and of number of climaxes, over the last year. I am also doing a lot more edging, like right now, reading many of the posts here.
