Just started wondering what if anything have you guys or gals done to improve your sex life and or marriage?
We did this one together, making time to talk. Eating better for health.
I did this for me with some pleasant side effects. Loose some weight, start working out regularly and along with eating better have more energy.
These little things have actually increased our sex and passion and generaly improved our marriage.

I'm sorry to hear that, her med's not working? I am unfortunately not an MD so I can't really help. Was just wondering if anything you did helped.
Guess I should have clarified that in the original post. And I am also great full to Jackinchat for my lean years it really came in handy, ha-ha.

Yeah, gotta agree gg, marriage ruins more good relationships. Ever try pointing out your still an individual, even with the ring. That's what happened at ours about a year in. Once that was out there things got better.

I've dropped 45lbs, hit the gym hard, started taking on more household chores, and yes...even "talked". Nothing seems to make my wife want to fuck me. We do it maybe once a month, but otherwise, she is not interested. She will masturbate, but sex seems like a chore for her.

Talking about what we want in sex, and being cooperative with each other is great at improving sex life. My wife was shy, and when we started dating was shy about sex. She did only what was necessary to keep a boyfriend interested. (Titty play at first and then missionary under the covers.) My wife is experiencing perimenopause. She is had headaches, hot flashes, and other symptoms. She has never had a high sex drive but now it's next to nothing and getting worse.
