I am not judging..I jerk off to lots of weird shit. I see it constantly in chat and on the boards. I want to understand the turn on!
Because they are hot? Kinda simple answer.
I guess I overthink things. Thanks bro.
I am really trying to understand it though. I haven't been able to get off from pictures of girls with clothes on since I was a teenager. I need to see videos/cams/c2c to shoot my load.
I think I don't jerk off to celebs is because they are, for the most part nearly unobtainable. I think a lot of men get off on pics/vids of women they don't know...sort of the 'girl next door' kind of gal and they seem more obtainable and more likely to band some of us non-Hollywood people. This is just my theory....but that is the way I think.
No matter where you go...there you are.

I tend to agree with you. I do find some 'slebs' attractive and sexy, Emma Watson for example but not to wank over. I prefer amateur porn - wives interracial, dogging,bi stuff because this more closely relates to my own experiences. I can't be bothered with photo sharing for the same reason. An endless stream of celebrities which I find mind-numbingly boring.

I always assumed that a guy becomes obsessed with celebrities because he has little or no experience or success with girls/women on his own.
A "bird" in the hand is worth two (or two hundred) on the page ... but we live in a fiercely competitive social scene where everyone desires a hot partner but most of us (and them) just aren't that hot, and never will be.
Plus we have zillions of pictures of "slebs" who are designed and sold as the "hottest of the hot" so that we can escape into dreams of them. Look at the lives of many of these people in detail and you can see that life for them isn't the dream that gets sold.
This is a plug for reality. Adjust your dreams, find a good girl, and get a life.

Only my opinion of course, but I think marriedboner has come pretty close to the mark here. These "Celebs" are marketed like any other commodity and it is simply the sheer endless barrage of publicity that makes that "Attractive" (?) to a lot of people. But yes, take a good look at them without the make up, professionally coordinated clothes, photo retouching, etc and most of them wouldn't stand out in a crowd. I see far more attractive women....with real personalities...in everyday situations. But each to his own, because for many it is nothing more than a fantasy, and no harm in that.

While I am the first to admit that there are "celebrities" that I find attractive, I don't believe I've ever jacked off to images of one.
In truth, I find that most of the "celebrities" that so many consider to be "hot" are really what I call "food court hot." That is, if they were not famous, and you saw them in the food court at the local mall, you might notice them and find them attractive, but as soon as they're out of sight, they wouldn't be given a second thought; their fame somehow amplifies their appeal to some.

A plug for reality? A slight contradiction as this is the internet, and we all come online because we find some satisfaction here that we don't get in reality. If we did get such satisfaction in reality we wouldn't waste time posting on here, as it would simply just be hard work.
Why can't people just be left alone to enjoy what they enjoy?
I masturbate over certain celebs(and random non-celebs) because I find some of them attractive.
I'm mainly a leg lover, but I don't post threads asking why others prefer arses, I just accept that we're all different and try and find someone who shares my tastes.
I'd guess because it turns them on. We all have our turn ons.
It's the only cock you have, big or small enjoy it!
We all have different things that turn us on, some enjoy porn, some like celebrity pics, some go on cam sites, etc. So long as its legal, then good luck to you. Personally, I find a combination of looking at pics and letting them fuel my imagination works best.
Where there's a willy, there's a way-hay
I think a lot of men want to see women they know naked. I REALLY do. I have a huge interest in nude celebs. But clothed women, famous or not, do not do it for me.
let's share experiences we have had and jerk off!
A friend of mine told me a story about going to a public event when British movie actor Jude Law and his then partner turned up. She said that it was as if all the oxygen had been sucked out of the room. Every ordinary person in there was transfixed by the glamour of a movie star presence, my friend included, even though she was not even a fan, but she emphasized that the effect came mostly from Law's sheer physical beauty. Presumably a lot of the males present felt the same way about his partner!
You can't underestimate the effect of exceptional good looks - the kinds of faces that can be projected 3 metres high on a cinema screen. There may be a lot of throwaway celebrity these days - the stable of reality TV stars or here today-gone tomorrow D-listers - but the Beautiful People have always exerted a strong pull on our collective attention.
For the community of online jerkers, celebrities are an international language in a way that anonymous models/porn stars are not. There's a very good chance that you can chat to someone in Toronto or Timbuktu knowing they have lusted at least once after,to pick just one, Angelina Jolie. It becomes easy to find common ground.
So yes, we've all seen nude models with better figures than J-Law, women at the beach with nicer legs than Taylor, MILFs at the supermarket with better arses than Kim, and so forth. But we dont have their selfies, we've never heard them interviewed, never read about their private lives, or pored over the kiss & tell reveletions of their ex-lovers. That's the other thing celebrity brings - the 'illusion' that you know the person. Plus, a bucketload of HQ images is just a click away in any browser.
Celebrity wanking - it's the jerker's Esperanto.

Celebrities represent woman we would love to have sex with. I don't recall anyone posting Phylis Diller, Elenor Roselvelt, Michelle Obama, or Hillery Clinton
old long time jacker who loves anal with woman only
