For me, i store lots of pics on my hard drive and if i have a lot of pics of one girl i make a folder for all of her pics. i'll open the folder i want to pull to and open a pic in a photo viewer, sometimes switching folders. then i stroke away while flipping through the pics with the other hand. sometimes i'll stop on one pic for a long time, but i usually move pretty quickly through the pics. i'll stroke to 30 or 40 pics when i want to squeeze out a quick one. or to thousands of pics when i edge. i probably average a couple hundred scrolled through during a session. what do you guys do? i am very curious.

I may be the exception but there is a point of diminishing returns, where more and more pics just gets distracting and I keep having to take my hand off of what I'm doing to scroll or click or whatever. A dozen or so is good enough for me usually. I find that I focus less and less on the pics the older I get.

I will access a set of photos using Windows' "slideshow" function, hit the start icon, and have both hands free. To avoid distraction, I prefer long pic sets, 75+ pics.
