Am I the only member here who hates it when some guy posts a barrage of gifs at one go?

The main problem is how many they post. It tends to screw up the loading of the page. One or two is fine, but there's been a couple of times recently where someone has posted a dozen or more, and the page gets stuck trying to cope with them. (the Kaley Cuoco thread for example).

I had to read that subject line twice. At first glance, it looked like it said "... who hates girls" ... which just struck me as an odd complaint.

But gifs? Yeah, hate 'em.

nope. i hate them too... they make the thread for fucking ever to load. i like gifs... just not like that.

I'm not a fan of them either. Just some small image looping over and over again doesn't do much for me.

I'd take a hi-res still photo any day over an animated gif image.

Well said ...gifs are always annoying. It's like being offered just one Pringle or a single peanut.

I hate GIFs. Besides being annoying, they cheapen porn.

I dont mind gifs, I hate them when they are bigger than my screen.

If too many of them are being posted then yes they are annoying. The Pornjackers room on XXXChatters has way too many gifs being posted, for example, and as others have said they can cause problems with browsers on older computers.
