I experimented with "O" rings, and a 35mm diameter fits the shaft perfectly. For the shaft & balls, a short shoe-lace with a push-button toggle, over the shaft at the pubes, then under the balls and draw it as tight as you fancy. I prefer the ring on the shaft option, or a combination of the two. Recommend keeping those pubic hairs trimmed though, not pleasant if they are pulled when trapped. No need to spend a fortune and no questions asked if found lying around.
