Actually, it's quite common. A lot of guys have had similar experiences. Humans are generally capable of experiencing orgasm at any age - even as infants. In fact, babies have been observed masturbating whist still in the womb! So...pretty much any guy who discovers masturbation & orgasms before puberty is capable of this. Evidence suggests that guys who experienced dry orgasms before puberty were essentially experiencing "female" orgasms.
