It's locked. Or at this point I think it just is no longer active. Locked is the message you get if you try to join a room that's closed. The latest version of Rabb.it changed the default behavior of the rooms to locked until the owner unlocks it. Annoying to get dozens of notifications of "so-and-so is Live, Hop In" just to get the message that the room is locked.

Or at least they should change the message to something like "room not active".
