He isn't talking correctly. Its 18 for any explicit pics. Obviously taking pictures of your kids playing in the garden isn't illegal or Facebook is the world's biggest pedo site lol

Terms of Service that you agreed to when you joined the site, the site's policies have nothing to do with age of sexual consent but with the age of majority, particularly in the US, where the site is based.
