Who you guys would ever consider corrective plastic surgery on your genital area?

The other night on DR 90210. There was a guy reducing the size of his nutsack.

I would consider reducing the size of my foreskin. Maybe form a CI 7 to a CI 4 (CI=coverage index (google it))

The only thing I would seek treatment for is Fordyce spots. I have a few, and they do irritate me. I love the look of really smooth dicks, so having these little dots annoys me.

Other than that, I've played around with ball stretching, because I love the look of a pair of low-hangers, and I love lots of foreskin too, so if I could increase either easily I might consider it just for fun.
My CI is 8, I'm happy with it, but if it were easily attainable I would increase it.

Im quite happy with my ci and my penis the only thing i whold change is the Fordyce spots, i hate them but i can deal with it, untill i get a complaint then saveing up my pennies for it haha ..... mayby

Yikes! Right now, I can't imagine allowing anyone going anywhere near my genitals with a sharp instrument and doing anything to the most precious pieces of my anatomy. I am already circumcised, so, that is not an issue. I never plan on having a vasectomy, as that is unnecessary in light of condoms and other forms of birth control. Thus, no, there will be no one coming near my groin with sharp instruments within the near future as far as I can predict and see.

The term corrective plastic surgery seems like a misnomer. Unless your penis is actually broken, it makes as much sense to me as getting your pinky finger enlarged.

I have very low hanging but sack. So much so that if ai am freeballing I will sit on them. Never have I thought about getting it trimmed.
