Cooking oils, yep. Good as they're readily available and are not in anyway evidence of that you're a wanker!

Also use good old fashioned Vaseline, And to spice things up a little, Vicks Vapour rub. That feels absolutely brilliant when on a long stroke session!

using some right now, good stuff. you can also try vaseline, yeah petroleum jelly is messy but as lube it lasts a very long time so very good if you edge like me. for a much easier clean up and my preferred sex with a woman lube, mineral oil. Last well, not as thick as vaseline but still good. All depends what kinda feel you like and residue you'll tolerate.
Water based gets sticky, spit included.
Silicone feels great but seems to never come off.
My preference is the Stroke29 - its a heavy, thick cream - fun right? So there's no leaking or dripping - great for travel! and As you use it, it gradually becomes a more familiar, silicone lube. Great stuff.
ID Platinum is next.
Coconut oil though, is quickly becoming a favorite. All natural etc. Did grapeseed for a while too. Nice as well.
