BASIC RULES
1. By clicking "Submit" when joining the server you receive the "Rules Accepted" role and acknowledge you have read and agree to the server rules. Claiming ignorance of them later won't fly. Additional details can be found below.
2. Requests for direct, one-on-one, or private chat belong in the appropriate request channels, not general discussion channels or picture sharing channels. Honor others' chosen preferences for sending DMs as noted by their roles and/or user names.
3. Posting, offering, or requesting the following content is prohibited: Illegal subject matter (underage, incest, bestiality, violence, rape, etc). Non-nude /"vanilla" social media content. OnlyFans content. Cartoon/CGI/other non-photographic images.
4. No degrading or disparaging language directed at yourself or others. This applies to all genders and includes text, watermarks, hashtags, and captions in pictures.
5. No religious or political chat, names, or images. These types of discussion often lead to angry and heated arguments which defeats the purpose of our room. To keep the peace as it were, we will not allow any such digression to take place.
6. No advertising or inviting to other servers/sites/chats.
7. Neither this server, nor its staff, is responsible for the content posted by individual users. Anything viewed outside of our Discord is beyond our control and therefore we are not liable for their content.
8. Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.
9. Please do not place staff (Admins, Moderators, server bots) on "ignore."
10. Some channels have their own individual rules that are tailored to their content, please be aware of these as they are not listed here. These channel-specific rules can be found in the timed messages and/or pinned posts in the relevant channels.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS AND CLARIFICATIONS
1. The "Rules Accepted" role grants you access to the NSFW areas of the server. It cannot be added or removed manually. It also indicates your acceptance and awareness of the server rules. It is your responsibility to understand and abide by the server rules, and not the responsibility of the staff if you just clicked "submit" without reading the server rules. Whether you read them or not, you are still bound by them.
2. Do not send an unsolicited DM to someone who has indicated that they don't wish to receive DMs or prefer you ask permission first. In the latter case, just ask in the channel, "(Name here), mind if I PM?" and they'll either tell you yes or no. If they say no, accept it and move on.
3. No illegal subject matter. This includes, but is not limited to minors, incest, bestiality, violence, etc. A ban for any such material is permanent. Pictures of minors will be reported to Discord to review for possible legal action. Names that violate this or other rules are not allowed. Cartoon images are also not allowed due to abuse regarding underage content. "Non-nude" is defined in greater detail below. Discord is very strict about enforcing their rules against anything that might be considered "revenge porn," which can extend to posting someone's personally taken pictures for sexual gratification without their permission, whether nude/explicit or not.
4. Pay attention to watermarks and hashtags in the pictures and videos you post. You are responsible for choosing what you post, no one else. If it's a term that could be seen as degrading or disparaging of someone else, or could be used to refer to content prohibited as defined above, you stand to receive consequences ranging from a warning to a permanent ban.
5. Just don't do it. Don't argue that religious or political figures are "celebrities." Also, those who are predominantly "political commentators" are considered "political figures" for the purposes of this rule, as are members of largely ceremonial royal families.
6. "Other servers/sites/chats" includes but isn't limited to, Unsee, Wickr and Whereby - Unsee, Wickr, and Whereby have all been banned on the server due to the high abuse of illegal topics such as incest and underage porn. Due to copyright dispute issues, Discord as a whole prohibits content pulled from Onlyfans, and we will honor that policy. If it can be done here, there's no need to request you and a potential partner leave the service you're already on to go elsewhere.
7. We can't see DMs. If something happens in DM, depending on its nature, your best move may be to report the issue to Discord directly, as we cannot place any sort of moderation safeguards on DMs.

DEFINITION OF NON-NUDE
"Non-nude" is defined as any image that does not feature one or more of the following:
- Exposed genitals
- Exposed buttocks/anus
- Women's exposed nipples
Images with these elements covered or obscured in any way, including by lingerie/underwear (including thongs), swimwear, clothing, hands, arms, strategic positioning or placement of objects, limbs, etc. are considered non-nude. Sheer/"see-through" clothing, including wet shirts are non-nude. Visible nipple or penis outlines under shirts, pants, or other material are non-nude. "Hand bras" are non-nude. ?Babecock? images in which the image of the woman is non-nude are non-nude. Women in bikinis/thongs and shirtless men in underwear, swimwear, pants, etc. are non-nude. If it can be worn at a public pool, it's probably off-limits. (edited)
