Both wearing them myself and looking at fit models otherwise nude except for wearing these briefs. I like how attention is drawn to buttock and pubes shapes while providing some modesty when needed. I for example wear them instead of swimbriefs on some beaches, also under loose leg short shorts if needed to avoid exposure during exercise. Also they are easy to wash and dry if there has been any leakage.

Same here, but I didn't start seeking them out until about 2 years ago when I experimented with some female briefs.
Now, about 15 of my 30 pairs of underwear in my rotation are female briefs.
I will get some more frontal shots up, but make sure you check out all the posts, because there are tons of frontal photos in all the reviews I did. And more to come.
