Yes, for sure. There is an abs class that I go to that is perfect for this. Evening class with a lot of young professional women fresh out of their business skirt suits and now stretching in all types of short shorts and yoga pants/spandex.

The best part of the class is seeing some of them sweaty and exhausted at the end of it, just as they would be after getting a nice shag.
