Problem is the tech improvements & admin changes mentioned here & at greater length in the "whinges" thread (I forget its name ) all cost $$$$.

So the question becomes "Who's to pay for it?"

The only possibilities I see are either the membership or increased advertising.

My understanding, btw, is that the mods' only job is to police site content. So having a go at them will not lead to technical changes or administrative improvements.
