Thanks for getting back so quicly Rod. It might be easier to understand my position when you compare the orig. process of joining jackinchat, and then joining the site that followed. I have made THREE unsuccessful attempts to join.
I have run into situations where after completing the requested info. I was brought back to the page that asked me to enter the information in the first place. I don't intend to do anything more than let you know compared to joinining jackinchat, it's an arduous and non necessarily operator error sitution.

I'm getting asked to have a verification email sent to me at the new site. How would they know what my email is? I entered my username and password. I'm told it's incorrect.
I've never rec'd a confirmation email. I will step up to the plate and complain: whoever wrote this software didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. If jackinchat wishes to change the order of the way things work, it would be a good idea to make that change as transparent as possible for the customer. In this regard the word is FAILURE.

That said, after three failed attempts using information on my jackinchat profile to gain access to the new invite only chat room, I must tell you that I have other calls upon my time than fighting a software programme with obvious flaws. I've no doubt the security aspect it strong. In this case, it's preventing a member who has never been banned, never been reported, and never done anything but sign on and strictly followed the rules from transitioning to the new chat room.
