I think precovid lockdowns it was manageable. I'd get a maintenance dose a few times a week and be fairly productive otherwise. Once the lockdowns started I moved to an every day thing. Then eventually an ever spare minute.

I'll feel bad about the time wasted. The opportunity to do other things and tell myself I'll stop. But once the vid loads and cock in hand, all the guilt and worry fades. Becomes all about the edge.
