I feel as if I was wrongfully banned from this group, and without warning, who do I talk to, because I felt not only that I was banned for no reason, that I am being harassed by Anna.

On the other hand, we can surely agree that moderators can make mistakes. It's reasonable to be able to ask someone in authority why you were banned.....and get a response to that question with reference to a violation of the Terms of Service. In certain cases, it seems fair that one might ask for a reconsideration.

I guess that Administrator owns the site, but he doesn't seem to show up very much in either the chat room or on the message boards. Quite a few different people show up as moderators..."operator status"...in the chat room. So, I can see how it might be very difficult to find out who banned you and why.

It's not clear what qualifies an individual to be a moderator here. I've been very active here for a long time and have never found out how one might be be appointed to function as a moderator/operator. So, I can imagine how difficult it would be to find out your status once you are banned.

I'm wondering Master Bates, how, if you are banned, you can be posting to say that you are banned. I read your profile, and that states the fact that you are banned too. I'm not sure how this is working.

I assume that talking about the attractiveness of a 17 year old, may constitute a breach of the rules, as the rules seem to use the American age of consent as a bench mark.

It is interesting that in Europe we have a variety of different age restrictions. In Scotland and Ireland the age is 16, In France, Denmark, Greece and Poland 15. In Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Portugal and Iceland it is 14, whilst in Spain it is 13 and in Malta 12.

So, what is completely illegal for Americans, may very well be totally legal in Europe.

I wonder why the disparity is so great. One immediately thinks of religion. But some of these countries are staunchly catholic, some extremely lutherian, and in Scotland virtually the only people seen anywhere near a church are the over 80s, so I doubt if it's that.

My first name was banned saying I posted underage pornography, when all I said I masturbated to an actress who was under the age of 18, that was all. She is legal in most states in the US. I understand 18 is the legal age in the rest of the US, but I was not posting porn, nude pics, etc., just stating a fact.

What the hell do I know I'm just a visitor passing through with a bonner like the rest of you, unless of course you don't have a bonner, and then that last bit would not apply to you, you could of course go to rent-a-bonner and get one for yourself.Although if there really was a rent-a-bonner then of course there would be even less women on here which, don't take this personnally guys but that would really bum me out, cause although I like reading your posts, I need the companionship of a woman to lend a healthy bonner to ;o)
On a side note;
I tried to start rent-a-bonner but gave away too many free samples, never made any money, and woke up on the right side of the wrong bed a time or 3 (safe sex is making sure her husband is out of town, blind, or much slower at running, and remember your usually naked at this point)

First of all Sparkie- you can call me bug-eyed all you want... I cant sing- and I sure as hell didnt vote for Bush- so I take offense to that.
Second- master_bates_84- you can email administrator at [email protected] . He usually checks the site a couple of times a day- you just cant see him online. He handles all the complaints- etc about people being banned and he occasionally reverses them to. I wont go into what you did wrong- tc- because there are like 1000 different topics here all about that.

As for how people become moderators/operators. It doesnt happen very often. On occasion Administrator will see the need for additional people- and he asks the other moderators for suggestions of people to help out. Typically volunteering- or asking to be made a moderator will get you nowhere. Then those people are help admin run the boards and the room. I know this seems hard to believe- but he has a job in addition to this- so he cant be here 24/7.
Additionally- you can always report underage users, problems, etc to Admin in the chatroom by PVT messaging Admin_away- he gets all messages left to that name

Listen, I am going to be polite this time around because I really feel sorry for you. Honestly...you're 23 years old and out of college. You should be taking an interest in older women, not little girls. A 17 year old girl (and even 18 for that matter) is considered young for you. You're in a different demographic than that now.

BTW, you should never publically admit that you're looking at 17 year old girls.

You are not the first person who has made an inappropriate statement/comment in a post. The others who did either know they were wrong and left willing or just decided not to come back.
